firm currently known as William J. Smith Auctioneer
Valuer and Estate Agent was established over 100 years
ago by David Scott a grand uncle of William Carson, who
for 35 years, from 1945 until 1983 ran the firm as
William A. Carson Auctioneer &Valuer Castlederg.
Since November 1st
1983 the present business was entrusted to William J.
Smith who still holds those traditional values of
reliability, trust and efficient service in a modern day
environment.
To-day’s business as
well as Public Auctions encompasses Building Society and
Estate Agency work and includes Land and Property
sales ,lettings and valuations.
